| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Coconut Puree, thawed |
| • | 1 oz. fresh lime juice |
| • | 1 oz. fresh orange juice |
| • | 3/4 oz. blueberry simple syrup |

| 1. | Make blueberry simple syrup by boiling 1 cup sugar, water and crushed blueberries over medium head in a saucepan until sugar is dissolved. Let cool and strain. Next, layer all above listed ingredients in a shaker tin. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain over fresh ice and garnish with a Thai Basil leaf. |
