• | 1 1/2 oz. Bacardi Anejo Rum |
• | 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed |
• | 1/2 oz. Green Chartreuse |
• | 1/4 oz. Benedictine |
• | 1/2 oz. fresh lime, juiced |
• | 1 tsp. sugar |
Method: | |
1. | Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. Add ice, shake and strain into a glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a lime twist. Serve. |
