    • 1 1/2 oz. Bacardi Anejo Rum
    • 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate,  thawed
    • 1/2 oz. Green Chartreuse
    • 1/4 oz. Benedictine
    • 1/2 oz. fresh lime, juiced
    • 1 tsp. sugar
Method:
1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. Add ice, shake and strain into a glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a lime twist. Serve.
