| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée El Corazon blend, thawed |
| • | 1 barspoon Malic Citric Acid |
| • | 1 barspoon Chinese 5 spice syrup |
| • | 1 egg white |
| • | 4-5 dashes Sassafras Bitters |

| Combine all ingredients into mixing tin. First shake well with ice. Double strain back into the mixing tin and dry shake. Strain into coupe glass and garnish with dehydrated orange wheel. | |
