• | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée El Corazon Blend, thawed |
• | 1/2 oz. lemon juice |
• | 1/2 oz. simple syrup |
• | 1/2 inch Fresno chile |
• | 1 egg white |
• | basil oil (garnish) |
• | fresno chile slice (garnish) |
