| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Blood Orange Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Sweet Hibiscus, thawed |
| • | 1 oz. pineapple juice |
| • | 1 oz. simple syrup |
| • | pineapple (garnish) |
| • | orange (garnish) |
| • | Rainier (marashino style) cherry (garnish) |

| 1. | Combine all ingredients in an ice filled shaker. Stir with a bar spoon to mix. Pour, including ice, into a tall Hurricane glass and garnish with pineapple, orange and a Rainier (maraschino style) cherry. |
