    • 1 oz. Bombay Far East Gin
    • 1/4 oz. St. George Aqua Perfecta Basil
    • 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour, thawed
    • 1 oz. makrut lime leaf syrup
    • drop of Pandan paste
    • dash of Thai bitters
    • soda water
    • lemon grass straw (for garnish)
1. Assemble all ingredients in a ISI Twist ‘N Sparkle. Bottle and serve. Garnish with a lemon grass straw.
