| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Mandarin/Tangerine Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 3/4 oz. simple syrup |
| • | 3/4 oz. lime juice |
| • | 1/4 tsp. chipotle en adobo sauce |
| • | 1 sprig sage |
| • | 1 sprinkle ground chipotle chili |
