Ingredients for Franken-Chai:
- 1 ¾ oz. Charbay Doubled & Twisted Whiskey
- ¾ oz. The Perfect Purée Chipotle Sour blend, thawed
- ¼ whole star anise
- 1 whole cardamom
- 1 whole clove
- ½ oz. oat milk
- ¼ oz. Vanilla syrupMethod:
Method for Franken-Chai:
- Lightly muddle star anise, cardamom, and clove. Combine other ingredients and shake with ice until cold and frothy—double strain into a rocks-filled glass.
