• | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée of Napa Valley Red Raspberry Puree, thawed |
• | 1 oz. simple syrup |
• | 1 oz. lemon juice |
• | 2 oz. unsweetened tea |
• | 4 mint leaves |
• | mint sprig and 3 fresh berries |

1. | Combine ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Shake with a Boston Shaker and strain into serving glass. Garnish with mint sprig and 3 berries and serve. |
