1 1/2 oz. City Amber Organic Gin
1/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Strawberry Puree, thawed
3/4 oz. simple syrup
2 lime wedges
Seabold Ginger Beer
Method:
Combine all ingredients and juice from lime wedges in shaker (discard wedges after squeezing). Shake until properly mixed and serve in a 16 oz. mug with ice. Top off with Seabold Ginger Beer and garnish with fresh strawberry and lime wheel.
