| • | 1 tbsp. The Perfect Purée Ginger Puree, thawed |
| • | 1 oz. fresh meyer lemon juice |
| • | 4-6 oz. soda water |

| In the glass, combine all ingredients except soda water. Stir until well mixed. Add ice to glass and top with soda water. Mix again and garnish with lemon wheel. | |
