Ginger-Watermelon in the Park

    • 2 oz. Chinaco Reposado Tequila
    • 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Ginger Puree,  thawed
    • 4-5 chunks of watermelon
    • handful of mint leaves
    • club soda
    • lime wedge
Method:
1. Muddle the mint and watermelon together. Add remaining ingredients (except for club soda) and shake very well with ice. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass and top with the club soda. Add a squeeze of a lime wedge and serve.
