| • | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Ginger Puree, thawed |
| • | 1 1/2 oz. apple juice |
| • | 1 oz. ginger beer |
| • | 1/4 oz. lime juice |
| • | Green apple slices for garnish |
| Method: | |
| Add all ingredients except ginger beer and garnish into a mixing glass. Add ice, shake, and strain into a tall glass. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with slices of green apple. | |
