Vanessa Aguiniga, Napa Valley Bistro - Featured at Wizards of Elixirs Cocktail Competition 2022

• 1 oz. Charbay Doubled & Twisted Whiskey
• 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Blood Orange Concentrate, thawed
• 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Pomegranate Concentrate, thawed
• 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
• 4 mint leaves
• 1 lime sliced
• ginger ale
• dried orange slice
• Aztec salt
• orange edible glitter

Method:
Rim glass with Aztec salt. In a mixing glass muddle mint and lime wedge until fragrant. Add lime juice, whiskey, Blood Orange, Pomegranate, ice and shake. Strain over fresh ice and top with ginger ale. Spray with orange edible glitter, mint leaf, and a dried orange slice. Cheers!
