For the Cocktail:
    • 1 1/2 oz. Cazadores Blanco
    • 4 1/2 oz. Gloria’s Bloody Maria Mix*
*For Gloria’s Bloody Maria Mix:
    • 6 oz. The Perfect Purée Red Jalapeño Puree, thawed
    • 32 oz. tomato juice
    • 4 oz. A1 sauce
    • 1 oz. Maggi Sauce
    • 6 oz. Worcestershire sauce
    • 6 oz. lime juice
    • 1 tsp. black pepper
    • 1 tsp. celery salt
    • 1/2 oz. oregano powder
    • 1 oz. Tajín
    • Pinch of salt
Method:
Combine all ingredients for the Bloody Maria Mix in a large container. In a cocktail shaker with ice combine cocktail ingredients, quick shake and serve over the rocks in a pint glass with tajin rim. Garnish with cucumber, jalapeño and horseradish.
