Ingredients for Gracias:
• 1 ½ oz. Tequila Cazadores Cristalino
• ¾ oz. The Perfect Purée Green Apple Puree, thawed
• ½ oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Juniper Thyme Syrup
• ½ oz. fresh lemon juice
• sparkling wine
• grated nutmeg
• 1 Tastecraft Freeze-Dried Lemon Slice
• lemon twist

Method for Gracias:
In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine tequila, Green Apple, Yuzu Juniper Thyme, lemon juice, and shake. Strain over the rocks in a wine glass. Top with sparkling wine and serve. Garnish with fresh grated nutmeg, a lemon twist, and a Tastecraft Lemon Slice.
