| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour blend, thawed |
| • | 1 1/2 oz. dark cherry shrub |
| • | 1/2 oz. orgeat syrup |
| • | 5 sprigs of lemon verbena |
| • | 2 oz. ginger beer |

| Add all ingredients to mixing tin and shake hard! Add 2 oz. ginger beer and double strain into chilled coupe. Garnish with lemon peel and lemon verbena sprig. | |
