    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour blend, thawed
    • 1 1/2 oz. dark cherry shrub
    • 1/2 oz. orgeat syrup
    • 5 sprigs of lemon verbena
    • 2 oz. ginger beer
Method:
Add all ingredients to mixing tin and shake hard! Add 2 oz. ginger beer and double strain into chilled coupe. Garnish with lemon peel and lemon verbena sprig.
