Ingredients for Gypsy Cab:

• 2 oz. Charbay Blood Orange Mandarin Vodka
• ¾ oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate, thawed
• ½ oz. lemon juice
• ½ oz. lime juice
• ¼ oz. Fever-Tree sparkling water
• cabernet
• vanilla bitters
• blood orange juice
• blood orange twist garnish
• mint leaves

Method for Gypsy Cab:

Combine Charbay Blood Orange Mandarin Vodka, Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate, lemon juice, lime juice, and sparkling water in a mixing glass. Stir to combine. Pour into Collins or double old-fashioned glass over Scotsman pebble ice. Float with cabernet, dash of vanilla bitters, and a splash of blood orange juice. Garnish with blood orange twist and mint leaves.
