| • | 3/4 oz. Aperol |
| • | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée of Napa Valley Lime Zest, thawed |
| • | 2 dashes cardamon bitters |
| • | 4 oz. grapefruit soda |
| Method: | |
| 1. | In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients with ice, except grapefruit soda. Shake, serve on the rocks and top with grapefruit soda. |
| 2. | Serve in a Collins glass with salt chili rim and garnish with a slice of grapefruit. |
