| • | 1/2 oz. Licor 43 |
| • | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour blend, thawed |
| • | 1/2 oz. grapefruit juice |
| • | 1/2 oz. egg white |
| • | Chinese 5 spice for garnish |
| Method: | |
| Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Shake well in a Boston Shaker. Strain and pour into a glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with Chinese 5 spice. Serve. | |
