Honeysuckle Orange Blossom Mignonette

Ingredients for Honeysuckle Orange Blossom Mignonette:
• ¼ cup white wine vinegar
• 1–2 tbsp. finely diced shallots
• ½ tsp. black cracked pepper
• 1–1 ½ tbsp. The Perfect Purée Honeysuckle Orange Blossom Syrup (depending on taste preference)
• ½ tsp. orange zest for garnish
• pinch of cinnamon for garnish

Method for Honeysuckle Orange Blossom Mignonette:
Combine all ingredients. Shuck fresh oysters. Place oysters on ice and drizzle mignonette over each oyster.
