| • | 2 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 2 oz. Horchata concentrate |
| • | Shaved coconut for garnish |
| • | Cinnamon for garnish |
| Method: | |
| In a mixing glass add all the ingredients with ice. Shake vigorously and serve in a glass with shave coconut, top with nutmeg and orange slice. | |

| Add all ingredients to a blender. Add ice and blend. Pour into a glass and garnish with coconut and cinnamon. | |
