| • | 1 1/2 oz. Tequila Cazadores Blanco |
| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Tamarind Puree, thawed |
| • | 3/4 oz. agave nectar |
| • | 1/2 oz. orgeat syrup |
| • | 1/2 oz. lime juice |
| • | 3 dashes Cajun pepper |
| • | salt for rimmer |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Add all other ingredients into a mixing glass. Add ice, shake, and strain over fresh ice into rimmed glass. Garnish with a dash of Salt and Cajun Pepper. Serve. |
