Students of the Institute of Culinary Education Cocktail Lab with Jonathan Pogash

    • 1 1/2 oz. Van Gogh Acai Blueberry Vodka
    • 1 tsp. The Perfect Purée Ginger puree, thawed
    • 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
    • 2 small slices fresh ginger
    • fresh blueberries (garnish)
    • 1 cup of ice

Method:
1.  Muddle the fresh ginger in the ginger puree and lime juice.  Add vodka and ice and shake well. Strain into cocktail coupe glass. Add garnish.
