1 1/2 oz. Breckenridge Bourbon
1/2 oz. Southern Amaro
1/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Blood Orange Concentrate, thawed
1/2 oz. chamomile honey
1/2 oz. fresh meyer lemon juice
1 oz. sparkling wine
Method:
In a mixing glass, add all the ingredients with ice, stir and serve. Garnish with fresh blood orange wedges and edible flowers.
