| • | crushed ice |
| • | juice of 1 small lime or lemon |
| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Mango, thawed |
| • | 1 1/2 oz. pineapple juice |
| • | 1/2 oz. brandy |
| • | 1 oz. dark rum |
| • | superfine sugar to taste |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Mix all ingredients in a shaker. |
| 2. | Strain into a highball glass half filled with fresh crushed ice. |
| 3. | Garnish with a maraschino cherry. |
