Jamaica Fever (Mango)1 drink |
• | crushed ice |
• | juice of 1 small lime or lemon |
• | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Mango, thawed |
• | 1 1/2 oz. pineapple juice |
• | 1/2 oz. brandy |
• | 1 oz. dark rum |
• | superfine sugar to taste |
Method: | |
1. | Mix all ingredients in a shaker. |
2. | Strain into a highball glass half filled with fresh crushed ice. |
3. | Garnish with a maraschino cherry. |
