| • | 2 oz. Barritt’s Ginger Beer |
| • | 1 oz The Perfect Purée of Napa Valley Thai Basil & Black Pepper, thawed |
| • | 1/2 oz. fresh squeezed orange juice |
| • | 3/4 oz. simple syrup |
| • | 3 dashes Fee Bros Plum Bitters |

| 1. | Combine all ingredients (except Barritt’s) over ice and shake. Strain over new ice. Top with Barritt’s. Garnish with orange peel and basil sprig. |
