• | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Green Apple Puree, thawed |
• | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Tamarind Puree, thawed |
• | 1/2 oz. lemon juice |
• | 1/8 oz. simple syrup |
• | 1/8 oz. allspice dram |
• | edible flower (for garnish) |

1. | Combine ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Shake with a Boston Shaker and pour and strain into serving glass. Garnish with edible flower. |
