Jonathan’s Coquito

1 batch (serves approximately 8-10)

Jonathan Pogash, The Cocktail Guru, Inc.

1/2 bottle Saint James Rhum Agricole
3 oz. Maggie’s Farm Coffee Liqueur
3 oz. Amarula liqueur
1/2 jar The Perfect Purée Coconut Puree, thawed
8 oz. condensed milk
1/4 tsp. of each: ground clove, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, allspice
Method:
Combine ingredients into a large container and stir very well. Allow to sit overnight (minimum) before serving. When ready to serve, add to glass with ice and grate a bit of extra nutmeg on top.
