• | 1 1/2 oz. Ciroc Coconut Vodka |
• | 1 oz. Chinese Five Spice Syrup |
• | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour, thawed |
• | 1 oz. Zingiber Ginger Coconut Rooibos Tea |
• | lemongrass and makrut leaf syrup |
• | egg white |
• | makrut lime espuma (for garnish) |
• | makrut lime leaf (for garnish) |
• | star of anise (for garnish) |
Method: | |
1. | Combine ingredients except garnishes into a mixing glass. Add ice and shake with a Boston Shaker. Strain into a glass and garnish with makrut lime espuma, kaffir lime leaf and a star of anise. Serve. |
