    • 1 1/2 oz. Ciroc Coconut Vodka
    • 1 oz. Chinese Five Spice Syrup
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour,  thawed
    • 1 oz. Zingiber Ginger Coconut Rooibos Tea
    • lemongrass and makrut leaf syrup
    • egg white
    • makrut lime espuma (for garnish)
    • makrut lime leaf (for garnish)
    • star of anise (for garnish)
Method:
1. Combine ingredients except garnishes into a mixing glass. Add ice and shake with a Boston Shaker. Strain into a glass and garnish with makrut lime espuma, kaffir lime leaf and a star of anise. Serve.
