| • | 4 oz. The Perfect Purée Red Jalapeño Puree, thawed |
| • | 8 oz. fresh pineapple juice |
| • | 10-12 large chunks of watermelon |
| • | 12 mint leaves |

| Add all ingredients into blender with plenty of ice. Blend to margarita texture. For garnish, slice the outer layer of a fresh pineapple into small triangles. Place them along rim of glass with the pineapple spears pointing outward. | |
