Kisses Goodbye to Summer

Ingredients:
    • 8 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed
    • 8 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate, thawed
    • 8 oz. The Perfect Purée Coconut Puree, thawed
    • 8 oz. full-fat coconut milk
    • 1/4 cup vegan granulated sugar
    • 3 tbsp. of cornstarch
    • 1 tbsp. dark rum (optional)
Method:
1. Whisk all ingredients in a pan, and stir to combine. Place on stove over medium heat. When it starts to thicken, reduce to low heat.
2. Simmer for approx. three minutes. Remove. Let cool before using.
