| • | 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice |
| • | 1 oz. pineapple juice |

| 1. | Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Shake with a Boston Shaker. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a pineapple leaf. Serve. |
