| • | 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Coconut Puree, thawed |
| • | 3 oz. pineapple juice |
| • | 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Red Raspberry Puree, thawed |
| • | 2 scoops ice |
| • | Grenadine and coconut shavings for garnish |

| 1. | Blend all ingredients until smooth. |
| 2. | Rim a hurricane glass with grenadine and roll in coconut shavings. |
