• | 2 parts Esprit de June liqueur |
• | 1 part The Perfect Purée White Peach Puree, thawed |
• | 1/2 part agave lemon sour |
• | 1/2 part Barritt’s ginger beer |
Method: | |
1. | Combine first three ingredients in a punch bowl with ice and stir to chill and dilute. Ladle out into ice filled rocks glasses and top with ginger beer. Garnish with sage leaf that has been slapped in between palms to release aromas, and then dropped on top of the drink. |
