| For the Crust: | |
| • | 1 cup flour |
| • | 1/4 cup powdered sugar |
| • | 1/2 cup butter |
| • | Dash salt |
| For the Filling: | |
| • | 1/2 cup The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 3/4 cup sugar |
| • | 2 eggs |
| • | 2 tbsp. flour |
| • | 1/2 tsp. baking powder |
| For the Topping: | |
| • | 3 tbsp. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 2 tbsp. butter |
| • | 3/4 cup sifted powdered sugar |
| Method: | |
| 1. | In a bowl, mix crust ingredients. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-by-9 inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. To make the filling, mix sugar and Passion Fruit Concentrate, let stand for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients to sugar and Passion Fruit mixture. Pour over cooled crust. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. In a bowl, mix topping ingredients until smooth and spread over cooled bars. |
