• | 2 oz. Barsol Quebranta Pisco |
• | 1/4 oz. fresh lime juice |
• | 1 shiso leaf |
• | 1/8 oz. yuzu juice or two dash of yuzu extract |
• | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour blend, thawed |
• | 1/2 oz. honey syrup (2 parts honey, 1 part water) |
• | Grated lime rind and lime wheel for garnish |
Method: | |
Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Shake with a Boston Shaker and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a grated lime rind and a lime wheel. Serve. | |
