| • | 2 oz. The Perfect Purée Lychee Puree, thawed |
| • | 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice |
| • | top with tonic water |

| 1. | In a mixing glass combine all the ingredients with ice, except tonic water and shake. Serve over the rocks and top with tonic. Garnish with lime. |
