Lychee BBQ Sauce

 • 1/2 cup The Perfect Purée Lychee Puree, thawed
 • 1/4 cup honey
    • 1/2 cup ketchup
    • 1/2 cup white wine
    • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
 • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    • 3 dashes hot sauce
    • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
    • 1/2 cup peeled and drained seedless lychees
Method:
1. For the Lychee Honey: Add Lychee Puree and honey in a pot and heat slowly under medium low heat. Whisk until mixture is reduced to 1/4 of liquid.
2. Finely dice lychees and combine with other ingredients into the Lychee Honey mixture.
3. Bring to a boil.
4. Simmer 30 minutes or until desired thickness.
