As I’ve grown into adulthood, I realized my drink experiences would transition perfectly into mixology and cocktail curation. My wife loves a good lychee martini when we go out, so having the chance to use a quality Lychee puree, I had to make one for her. And since she always requests it with tequila, I made sure to make the swap.”

Ingredients for Lychee Tequila Martini:
• 3 oz. silver tequila
• 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Lychee Puree, thawed
• ½ oz. Grand Marnier
Method for Lychee Tequila Martini:
Muddle lychees in a shaker. Add remaining ingredients with ice, shake well, and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a skewered lychee.
