Joe Parrilli

    • 1 1/2 oz. Charbay Meyer Lemon Vodka
    • 1 oz. Apple Jack
    • 1/2 oz. Salerno Blood Orange Liqueur
    • 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour blend, thawed
    • 1/2 oz. lemon juice
    • 1/2 oz. lavender honey
    • Fever Tree® Bitter Lemon
    • Cucumber foam for garnish
Combine all ingredients except Bitter Lemon and garnish into a pint glass. Add fill with ice and shake well in a Boston shaker. Strain and pour into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice. Top with a splash of Bitter Lemon and garnish with cucumber foam. Serve.
