| or Blood Orange Concentrate, | |
| or Prickly Pear Puree, | |
| or Banana Puree, | |
| or White Peach Puree, | |
| or Coconut Puree | |
| • | 1/2 oz. lime |
| • | 3/4 oz. simple syrup |
| • | Mint |
| • | Soda water |
| Method: | |
| Combine ingredients except garnish and soda water into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake. Pour into a highball glass and top with soda water. Garnish with a green orchid and serve. | |
