| • | 1 oz. Luxardo Fernet Liqueur |
| • | 1/2 oz. King’s Ginger Liqueur |
| • | 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Blood Orange Concentrate, thawed |
| • | Thyme for garnish |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Combine ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Shake with a Boston Shaker and strain into a chilled martini glass. Slap thyme to release oils and use as garnish. Serve. |
