| • | 3/4 cup The Perfect Purée Orange Zest, thawed |
| • | 1 cup The Perfect Purée Mandarin/Tangerine Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 3/4 cup sugar |
| • | 2 tbsp. pectin, apple |
| • | 1/2 tsp. citric acid |
| • | 2 tsp. salt, kosher |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Whisk the mixture together, no lumps. |
| 2. | Bring mixture to a boil, simmer for 2 minutes until thickened. |
| 3. | Cool and reserve in quart container. |
