Mandarin/Tangerine with Orange Zest Jam

3/4 cup The Perfect Purée Orange Zest, thawed
1 cup The Perfect Purée Mandarin/Tangerine Concentrate, thawed
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp. pectin, apple
1/2 tsp. citric acid
2 tsp. salt, kosher
1. Whisk the mixture together, no lumps.
2. Bring mixture to a boil, simmer for 2 minutes until thickened.
3. Cool and reserve in quart container.
