| • | 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Mango Puree, thawed |
| • | 3/4 oz. simple syrup |
| • | 1/2 lime, juiced |

| Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for 6 seconds. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with an orange twist. | |
