Mango Tango

    • 2 oz. Bourbon
    • 1/2 oz. King’s Ginger Liqueur
    • 2 tsp. The Perfect Purée Mango Puree, thawed
    • Ginger beer
    • Soda water
    • Sage leaves
    • Orange peel (garnish)
Method:
Muddle the sage leaf, and then add remaining ingredients (except for ginger beer and soda), and shake well with ice. Pour into highball glass. Top off with ginger beer and soda water. Garnish with orange peel.
