| • | 2 tsp. The Perfect Purée Meyer Lemon Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 1 tsp. shallots |
| • | 1 tbsp. Ponzu |
| • | 1/2 oz. walnut oil |
| • | 1 oz. canola oil |
| • | 1 tsp. Worchester sauce |
| • | 2 tsp. honey |
| • | Salt & pepper to taste |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Mince shallots and place in bowl. |
| 2. | Combine all other ingredients and combine with a whisk. |
