• | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Mango Puree, thawed |
• | 2 tsp. The Perfect Purée Meyer Lemon Concentrate, thawed |
• | 1 tsp. shallots |
• | 1 tbsp. Ponzu |
• | 1/2 oz. walnut oil |
• | 1 oz. canola oil |
• | 1 tsp. Worchester sauce |
• | 2 tsp. honey |
• | Salt & pepper to taste |
Method: | |
1. | Mince shallots and place in bowl. |
2. | Combine all other ingredients and combine with a whisk. |
